In modern age, Ballet has been developed into different styles such as the Classical, Romantic, Neoclassical, and Contemporary Ballet. In terms of the methods of instruction, there are the French, Vaganova, Cecchetti, Bournonville, CSTD, The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the George Balanchine method.
It is a graceful and elegant sport that requires a lot of control, body awareness, and self-discipline. Through Ballet, children and individuals are instilled important life lessons such as perseverance, humility and patience.
